Why does the app on my phone only sync for part of the day and then it does not for the rest. The last sync was early this afternoon, then nothing and when I try to refresh, it stated device not found. I am not happy with this last update since my health care benefits rely on my step count being accurate so when it stops syncing and refuses to sync, I am adversely affected by my insurance company., I don't see any icons to send a message or a phone number to call for assistance.

I am having the exact same problem and so is my husband! We have to keep rebooting phone and turning off versa. I hope there is an answer
