I am having synching issues with my Versa (the app keeps saying no device found) and the clock on my Fitbit changes from being 2 minutes slow to 1.5 hours slow. I've restarted my Versa and my phone, turned the Versa off, did a factory reset on my Versa, turned Bluetooth off/on, disconnected it from the Bluetooth (which took forever to get it connected again), uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and spent 2 hours in a live chat where I was told we have exhausted all of the troubleshooting for this issue and to keep an eye out for an update for the app. I was also told "a lot of Android 10 users are having synching issues." I can maybe get it to sync sometimes but only when I constantly try to sync it myself. It wouldn't be so bad if the clock was correct..... But when it changes all the time I can't even guess what time it actually is. Anyone else having issues like this? I'm getting fed up with it. Anyone have any recommendations for a better brand of fitness watch?

Just an update. My Versa has not synched in 30 hours. My clock is now 3 hours behind.
