Synching issues for the Versa

 Like others, my Versa is not synching although I have all day synch on. I have the message that the last synch was yesterday at 840 am, therefore anything I have done yesterday is not captured. However it was synching and capturing my steps and floors prior to going to bed. I do not want a product that's not going to synch and capture my progress.
