I have just got the the iconic having previously had a charge hr. My gym has it's own app for logging food workouts etc.when initially setting this up I synched it to my fitbit but I cannot see this in the gym app. The gym can see it at their end but I can't only on my fitbit app. Do you think this is an issue with the gym app/my mbl?or how can I tell what my fitbit is synched to. Many thanks

Hello @Emma4331, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! In this case note this depend on a third party integration. I'm not sure regarding the app is using your gym, but there are tons of apps that are not officially supported by Fitbit but are able to connect with your account due to our open API.
By the description you shared in your post, I believed the app from your Gym only has access to view your data coming from your Fitbit account, but is not possible for your Fitbit account retrieve data from your Gym app. Usually this information is display in your online Fitbit account by going to settings > Applications. Look for the app of your Gym and here it will tell you what would be the behavior of the app with Fitbit and what type of information will be sharing.
For more details about integrations with other apps, review our Third Party Apps - FAQ.
Also I took the liberty to relocate your post from our Android board to our Third party integrations, since your topic is more related to this board.
See you later and stay tuned to our Community for other questions.
