My first flex2 died. I got a replacement. Also got a new htc10 now I can't get my phone and flex2 will not sync only have got a blue light

@Krisdminers It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community! Are you still experiencing this problem? I was checking the list of supported devices and was not able to find the HTC 10 listed. I recommend checking the list to see if the iPad mini you have is there.
Also, check this syncing master post to get some syncing troubleshooting steps to fix this problem.
