Syncing Issue

My Fitbit has been syncing to my Android phone for over a year but last Monday (27th May) it stopped, even though my Fitbit is showing that steps are being recorded.

Yeah the Fitbit app is really, really bad at “just working”,  I still cannot get it to normally sync.  I did figure out a workaround that I use every evening before bed.

Disable Bluetooth

Restart Phone

Open Fitbit App

click the exclamation next to Sync (it will be exclamation since Bluetooth is still disabled) and click ok to restart Bluetooth.  

I can then sync for a few minutes which is all I need to sync data and set alarms.
