Syncing -Tiles do not auto update til viewed

After syncing a number of the tiles do not update to show the new information until I have clicked and gone in to the area and then come back to the tile menu. Specificly Sleep.

Also when I manually enter my 4 times daily cycle ride to and from work, sometimes it will update with active minutes and sometimes not. I can't find any reasoning for it as I always sync before entering the data so that it can pick up heart rate etc for the specific timings. Makes the active minutes totally useless for me. 😕

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @TheresaLP. It's great to have you here. I would recommend doing the following:

 

- Log out from the app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back in

 

Additionally, you can download here the most recent app version for your Android device. Let me know how it goes.
