Syncing and notification difficulties with Versa Lite

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

OK have moved from charge 2 to Versa Lite and at the moment not impressed.

Takes ages to sync and only happens when I physically do it.  It is set to all day syncing but just does not happen.  Also it is very very slow!!

Getting notifications for calls, messages etc it just does not happen.  Invariably it tells me to reset phone by turning it on and off.  I then may get 1 message through before back to square one.

At the moment I wish I had not changed from the charge 2.

Any suggestions on getting things working please 😩

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!

The information and details that were shared in your post are appreciated. To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're currently experiencing with your new Versa Lite? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? For the syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Regarding notifications, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Looking forward to your reply.

OK it's official the Versa Lite is a absolutely rubbish smartwatch.

It won't sync without resetting it every single time ie phone off, reset watch. It is again stuck on the last sync of 28th January

The data it claims to track is also questionable and unreliable!!! Pulse showing as 121 but taking it manually at the same time / same wrist I get 62 which as I am sitting down at a computer  working I will go with my manual reading.

The watch is rubbish, it is not fit for purpose and its about time people knew that before they purchase one!
