can I not sync my contacts unless they have the fitbit app? if so you should change that policy because some people can't afford to have a fitbit

@madison.grace19 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about how to sync contacts.

What exactly is that you are trying to do? I am not really sure what you mean. There is no policy to contacts without a Fitbti device. I am able to send a Fitbit invite to the contacts on my phone that do not even have an account. As long as the Fitbit app has permission to access your contacts, it will show you a list of people that have a Fitbit device and you can add them as friends and it will also show you a list of the contacts that do not have an account. You can send an invite to these contact for them to join Fitbit. The Fitbit app has the feature that one can use the accelerometer in a smartphone so that steps are counted, even though if one does not own a Fitbit device.

Have a nice day!
