Syncing difficulties with Alta and Samsung Note 10

I have an Alta paired with a Samsung Note 10 5G. The device synced and registered steps when I switched phones. Since 12/4 it has not synced and says it cannot find the device. My phone bluetooth says the device is paired. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no luck. Are there issues with the Alta or The Samsung Note 10?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Alta prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Unsure why you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Samsung Galaxy Note 10, however, please try the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post and let me know how it goes so we can move forward.
