Where do I begin. Been working perfectly for 8 months until an update to app 13th Dec 19 hasn't worked since. Numerous conversations /emails with Fitbit no further on and too many problems over last 2 months to list. Main issue now won't sync regularly and syncs randomly every few days when it feels like it? So data on app useless on daily basis. Clock starts losing time soon after syncing loses and continues losing time. Also clock face has been stuck in mid switch mode and can't stop it escape etc. At my wits end now!
