I'm having trouble getting my Inspire HR to sync consistently. I use an LG Harmony phone. I have purchased the Fitbit Premium service, but I have no idea whether I like it because the syncing is so inconsistent. There are things about the new Charge 4 which interest me, but if the same sync issues occur across devices, I won't mess with it. Sometimes, I can sync on my Kindle when I can't on my phone.
Also, if I switch devices, does the Fitbit Premium transfer to the new device?

Hi. I have a fitbit inspire hr. Thursday april 23rd it started to act funny. It started out with scrambled screen before going blank. My Fitbit app will not sync with my insire hr. And the app keeps crashing. I get nothing but a blank screen on the fitbit. It just does the little vibration,nothing else. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And still get no results.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
