I have had the Inspire HR for about a month and a half without any problems. Today I cannot get it to sync with my phone or the fitbit app. I have tried resetting the Inspire, having my Galaxy S8 forget the bluetooth connection (now it cannot reconnect), and uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app without any luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi,
So, turns out my phone needed an extra reset. It automatically restarts itself once a week to keep it up and running well but there must have been something glitching in which it needed another reset.
Thank you for your reply and assistance.
