Syncing difficulties with Inspire

Tracker works fine but app is saying no device found. I've tried restarting and uninstalled app but no joy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Inspire prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device are you using? When was the first time you experienced syncing difficulties and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

You can also move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi,
I'm using an Huawei.
It has been saying no device found for a couple of weeks, but I'm getting weekly review emails so it must be working. The wristband shows how many steps.

I can't fathom it out
