Android app on Samsung S10 not syncing to devices. I had a charge 2 that had issues syncing tried disconnecting resetting everything. it worked for a little while and then stopped so yesterday I upgraded to the versa 2 only to have exactly the same issues my app is up to date but reading through since the last update I am not alone in this issue. is there a fix for this or have I just wasted £160

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung Galaxy S10 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
