Ever since I updated the app I have had problems. Will not sync, does not find device, and because it's not syncing I find the time on the versa is wrong, so can't even be my main watch!! Any advice help greatly received as seriously not chuffed.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. First, I'd like to let you know that your Versa displays the time that's configured on your mobile device, therefore, the syncing difficulties are the root cause of this situation. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo thank you for your reply. Having read all the posts on the forum I get the impression that this has more to do with your update missing vital coding to make it sync via Bluetooth, as its not just LG phones that are having problems. I spoke to one of your colleagues yesterday and after doing everything that she asked me to do the phone was syncing, but only for steps etc it did not show calls, txt or emails. Now it has stopped syncing and time is once again wrong. Really would like this issue sorted sooner rather than later so instead if pointing me to help articles how about sorting out the update and getting rid if all the bugs it obviously has!
Let me know when this has been done, until then I will use my phone for the time.
