After clearing my user data for the first time since activating it I can no longer sync with my Samsung tablet. In addition the time has been altered by six hours and cannot be reset. My Google location is turned on when I attempt to sync and reset. Bluetooth is on but will not connect to my tablet as it has since activation. My exercising activities do not display on my fitbit app, but my steps, calories burned, heart rate, and miles display activity. How do I restore full functionality to my InspireHR?

Hi @SunsetRunner when you say that you cleared user data, do you mean that you cleared the Fitbit app data?
Or does the Fitbit needs to be set up.
A user will not be able to clear their Fitbit data without deleting their account.
