Charge 2 is not syncing with my Motto

I have a Moto z2 and it won't sync either!

It might be that your Moto is not fully supported by fitbit. You can check the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

If it was working ok but syncing has stopped for some reason then I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

I have tried this several times I still cannot sync my steps or anything else.

If your phone is on the supported list and those troubleshooting steps haven't helped then it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

I don't think you get my point! My phone has always supported my Fitbit and my Fitbit app and now it does not! I need a fix!

I've already suggested all the troubleshooting ideas I know of. If they haven't helped and you get no further suggestions from others then contacting customer support is still your best bet.
