Hello everyone,
Since a couple of days all my devices don't sync anymore. I tried restarting the devices and my phone. Deleted the connection with my blaze. I cannot even make a new connection with the blaze, because the app says that Fitbit.com is temporarely out of service because of maintenance. I deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it, but it's still not working.
I don't think it's a bluetooth problem because the Aria 2 is using Wifi. I don't think it's a Wifi problem because all my other equipment works fine.
Is the fitbit server having some problems???
Please help 😫

After a few days they all started working again! I think my ip address was
blocked by a security program used by Fitbit. I read something about this
in posts from other people. When I opened the Fitbit website I first had to
confirm that I am not a robot. When i used my mobile data instead of my
wifi, i could sync my watches and visit the website without any problem.
But this doesn't work for the Aria of course.
As I said before: they all started working again (I didn't change my ip
address...) So I'm happy. I hope it won't be a problem in the future. I
also send an email to support. They responded very quickly and very kind
😊. But the problem was already solved.
Thank you for your reply!

Hi @Djois, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this matter prior to posting are appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which device are you using with your Fitbit devices? If you haven't already done so, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
