Syncing issues with my trackers

I have a Blaze, Surge, and Aria, and NOTHING has been syncing for 3 months. Every time I try, they just don't sync up. I have been a loyal fitbit customer for 3 years, but am wondering if it's time to switch to another brand. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and my app is updated. WTH????
