Syncing issues with new phone

I have a Charge 2 I recently bought a new Android phone downloaded the app and it won't sync. I have updated the app my charge is charged and I've turned my phone off and on. any ideas anyone?

Hello there @SunsetRunner, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I saw you are having troubles to sync your Charge 2 despite trying different solutions on your own. I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?
