I have so many issues. At least once a week I have to remove the tracker and re add. This is so stupid. It won't even find it today. HELP!

@Lhosey Sorry my suggestion wasn't much help but that all I had access to , I don't work for Fitbit im just a regular member like yourself that's willing to try and help, with the information provided,
im glad you have found a solution even though you shouldn't have had to download/use other devices - I wonder if the other Bluetooth devices may have been interfering with the signal

@Tdeb Hi and Welcome - can I ask if you have tried to restart your tracker, if not give that a try to see if its a glitch - the following may help
How do I restart my Fitbit device?
you may have to do this a few times in a row
and it may sound silly but have you recharged your device recently as it may have drained down - if this is the case you may have to charge for upto 4 hours before graphics come back to the screen
If that doesn't do anything I would suggest contacting support
customer support phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)
This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh
