Syncing my Blaze to J3

I've had my Blaze for 2 years and every time it disconnects from my phone (galaxy j3 prime) I just go to the fitbit app and sync it back to my phone but yesterday it wouldn't work and now the app won't even give me the option . It's like that page disappeared .

In this case I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

 

Could you take a screenshot of what you are seeing, or not seeing? That'd help me determine what is going on and how to move forward.
