I have had my alta hr for just over a year now and my phone for 6 months and suddenly it has stopped syncing! I have tried reloading the app, searching permissions and even resetting my fit bit. It then works for a day and then stops syncing again. My phone is a Sony L3
Any ideas????

Mine is suddenly not synching either... I've got a MotoG7Power and have had my Fitbit Charge HR since it came out. Very annoying!

Me, too! My Fitbit Charge HR has not synced to the app since January 10th.

So I got it to sync by restarting my phone... Have you guys tried that?

I have a galaxy S8 and a Fitbit charge 2 HR which has worked fine until 1/21. The fitbit device still says it is tracking but the app on my phone says it cannot find a device and hasn't been able to sync since 1/21.

I tried to see if a restart helped when I first saw the problem but no luck.

I tried restarting my Fitbit and my phone and nothing is syncing. Mine says it hasn't synced since Jan 12th 😡
