Anyone else experiencing continuous syncing and connection errors between fitbit charge 2 and Android?
I have done all mentioned, rebooting both devices, reloaded tracker on app, reset Bluetooth. ...all without success. This is rather frustrating.
The only advice fitbit support could offer me was to be on the look out for an app update ( which currently is not available )

Assuming your android is fully supported by fitbit (see www.fitbit.com/devices ) then the fitbit restart procedure is usually the best bet for fixing problems like this. Unfortunately, the procedure is known to not always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times.
