Hi as of 07:45 on the 6-1-16 my charge HR stopped syncing Heart rate only. Everything else syncs fine. Specifically the HR graph has not been updated and my HR while exercising is not recorded. However, when I sync HR comes up which matches the value in the tracker. I have tried all troubleshooting: restarting tracker, reinstalling app, syncing through computer etc. From looking in forums a number of people have had this problem but no one seems to have an answer. It must either be software or hardware issue! Please help
I am on a similar boat. My week(ish) old Fitbit stopped updating my heartrate graphs since 7:10 pm yesterday (9th of Jan, 2016). Everything else updates wonderfully. There is absence both in the Android app (I am using a Nexus 5 with the latest Android OS and my Fitbit Charge HR is running the latest firmware (18.102). I haven't (yet) tired logging exercises.
I have force stopped the Fitbit app, uninstalled and reinstalled it, reseted my HR, tried the heart rate sensor on "On", "Off" and "Auto" several times to no avail. Only thing left is to erase all data but I am hesitant to do that lest I lose the missing 16 hours 😛
Other than this, I have loved my Charge HR and hopefully I can find an easy fix to this...

Hi Marre,
I'm also experiencing a similar issue to this. My heart rate won't sync with my app. It will show my instantaneous heart rate but not the history/log. I've tried installing my current fitbit as a replacement but it won't work.
