Syncing stopped working Galaxy S5

My charge HR stopped syncing on 3/18. Since I've had it over a year, I figured it needed to be replaced. I bought the Alta today and it won't sync either. I received a network error. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and restarted Bluetooth and nothing fixed it. Any other ideas for settings, etc to fix?

Hope you're doing well @crb1031 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It seems that the issue is coming from your cellphone isn't it? Have you check if there's not a firmware update available for your cellphone? This could explain this syncing issue.
