Syncing to incorrect date

My Fitbit flex2 is syncing but it is syncing the wrong date. For example, when i go to the app on phone and it sync's my day, its syncing my activity of my day for the day before. I have tried turning Bluetooth off and on, resetting the fitbit, reinstalling the app. None of which have worked. Please help.

Welcome to the Forums @Helenp101.

Let me help you figure out what is going on with the syncing of your Flex 2.

Keep in mind that the activities are synced to the day in which they were tracked. My question in this case would be if you sync your Fitbit daily and if all activities sync to the previous day or if some go to the current one?

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @Helenp101.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

My question now would be if the situation has continued to happen or if it was that one time? Please also try to sync your Fitbit daily to make sure that all information is moving over to account.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hasn't happened since. I have been syncing everyday and also not letting the fitbit run out of battery as this was a suggestion I read somewhere.
