My phone is not syncing my steps on some days. I have tried doing what Fitbit advise but it does not work.

I have had my Sony xperia x21 since May 2017 and up until now, it has
synced fine but this week it will not sync Monday 13th April statistics. I
have tried pressing TODAY, then my picture as per instructions, but that
just syncs the day I am on. Thank you.
