Gave it a year, and the app is only getting worse. I have to reboot my Galaxy S7 every day because Fitbit hangs. Now the hangs are to the point where I exercise, it hangs in the middle, I reboot, the app starts back up automatically, trying to track the last exercise and won't quit, and the only way to make it stop is use a 3rd party app to kill it. When it does work it fails to log the exercise 2/3 of the time with "the app has failed to respond" and needs to be force stopped. It's impossible to use it for anything useful because the data is never there.
I understood a year ago that it was new, but there's really no excuse for it. There are many other apps out there, I'll go try one of them, maybe they'll be better.
Sincerely,
Very disappointed customer.

Hi there @MacAllen. Good to see you in the Community!
I'm sorry you've had issues with the app not working properly on your phone. I've not really heard of many resports on this happening to other users. Most likely you've already done it but by any chance, have you tried to delete the app on your phone and installing it again?
Try that out and see if it makes any difference. Let me know if you need any more help!
