Syncing weather app

My weather app on my watch keeps saying: "Sync the Fitbit mobile app to update" eventhough my App is updated. 

 

I've even reinstalled my Versa 3 device and resync it. My location is on and the Bluetooth has permission. I've logged off/on, reinstalled app. Reinstalled weather app. Why won't it sync?
