I have an issue that my phone Xiaomi Mi9 says that the syncservice dont work and i have to restart the phone. I done this and no luck, restarted fitbit, unistalled the app, turned bt on and of etc.
This is frustrating since i dont get notifications to the fitbit at all.
Any tips?

I have the same issue, Bluetooth don't semse to work on the device. Charge 3.
It stopped synking after the last update. 8 days ago 😡

The device was unable to sync but now it works again, I had to change some settings in my device.

Without doing any changes the phone syncs again? Possible that it has something to do with Xiaomi phone since I also have sync issue connection problem to my car Volvo XC70 over the Bluetooth.
I say my problem is solved at the moment since I didn't have this issue on my Samsung phone at all running the same software.
