@Judytk Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out on how to sync two devices with the same smartphone and account at the same time. This is currently not possible, as they kindly explained you above.
I suggest you take a look at this article: Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?. Fitbit Smartwatches now have their own app store. The Fitbit app only lets one Fitbit device into the app store. That is the reason you must replace a smartwatch, when you wish to set up another one. I appreciate your understanding.

Hi @Judytk - you can set up a second account and wear either watch anytime. But you will only have the stats in each account separately, as opposed to combined in one. But at least it allows you to monitor time and activity with either watch.
You can use the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you don't need to get your phone out or switch accounts to see when you last synced the second watch, as it will show directly on the watch, about 5 days between syncs is sufficient.
You will only get notifications on the watch for the account that is currently being used on the phone.
