Temperature and symptom log won't let me log my Temperature

I couldn't log my temperature to the temperature and symptoms on the app it says something went wrong

What app? there is nowhere in the Fitbit app that allows you to enter your temperature or any symptoms?

You can't enter your temperature on the app. Symptoms for what? Covid-19? for that you need an app released by the health service/Government in your country.
