Terrible new widget design

While I do enjoy being able to resize the widget. You cannot see your current steps unless you make the widget obnoxiously large on the screen. The steps taken/goal should be smack dab in the center of the new widget. Also can't it just be square that way there's room for the info. The circle just leaves so much open usable space for important info.

I complete agree. I have had nothing but problems with the new widget. I miss the old one. Wonder why it was replaced.
