It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still not receiving any notifications for text messages. I have went on help chat if no help. Only that they know. Has anyone had any luck getting text message notifications? 

I have a Versa and S10.

No luck on my end either. I have the charge 3, and an android phone. It's been 3 weeks and nothing not even an update from Fitbit.
