I have a galaxy 8 and will receive notifications of a text.message, but there is not info.  It does not display who sent a text or what was sent.  Can you please assit me with trouble shooting this?

Hi, @Roxieklatt! Make sure your permissions for the Fitbit app are all turned on and also go into your messenger app settings and make sure that the settings to show sender and message in the phone notifications are ticked. Your Fitbit will only show the same thing that displays on your phone's notification screen.
