Hello,

 

I cannot figure this out. The Alta HR will show a person's name for messaging and will no longer show the message. It will show a phone number for calls also. I have restarted bluetooth, the phone, the actual fitbit, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, gotten a NEW HR...but it does the same thing. The app has permission to access call logs, contacts, and SMS. Please help! The phone is a galaxy S9+. It worked until about a month ago then stopped.

This is a known bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates on progress:
