@Nurserhine It's great to see you in the Community! Seems odd that your Fitbit tracker is not getting text notifications. Make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed by going to the app store and search for the Fitbit app. If it tells you that it's already installed, try turning off the text and call notifications, after this turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app, turn on the notifications again and check out if the issue gets fixed.

@Nurserhine I would like to know if your phone is connected to other Bluetooth devices since this could affect the connectivity between your tracker and phone. If not connected to other BT devices, try setting up your tracker as a new devices and enable the notifications again.
