Not seeing text messages on Charge 2 from Galaxy S9

Are you getting other notifications ok? The reason I ask is that a common cause of missing notifications on the Charge 2 is when it is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the issue here?

I get notifications of calls and messages. Messages don't populate. Phone numbers show.

Notifications are on, get notification of a text, just not the text itself, phone numbers show.
