I used to be able to see my cardio fitness score by tapping the heart rate icon on the dashboard and then swiping left on the resting heart rate graph. Sometime this month, the resting heart rate graph disappeared from this part of the menu along with the cardio fitness score.
Have these features been removed from the app?

I've noticed this today? Anybody else?

Me too. Also it no longer has heart rate zones when I record exercise like a hike. It says "not enough heart rate data available". Huh? Please don't tell me that this was moved to "Fitbit Premium". That would be a major takeaway.... (Charge 3 with Android app).

The 30 day resting heart rate chart along with the cardio fitness section came back exactly when the "Get in Your Zone" challenge started.
Sure, I see it now, but this doesn't solve the underlying issue. Features will disappear from the app for an indiscernible amount of time before something triggers it to come back. I want to know what causes features to disappear and how to bring it back myself.

Not for me. I tried to do "Get in Your Zone" and it told me I needed to upgrade my fitbit to participate. I have Charge 3 running android app.

Yes this has gone for me too and it's very annoying. Please bring it back. I'm also on charge 3 on android.

This happened to me twice, I had to clear data and reinstall the app and then those graphs showed up for me again.

I cleared data and reinstalled app and resting heart rate graph returned as well as heart zones under heart rate. BUT, when I go to exercise, the heart zones are gone. It simply says "not enough data". This worked until very recently. What gives??

Same here, but once i cleared the data and re-logged in, the feature returned.
