My watch has started to not record the first 3 hours of sleep once I have gone to bed..anyone know what causes this. It has happened twice now. Thank you

watch to Amazon. Very disappointed with the fact that it had a fault. My
friends have the same watch and no probs. I loved it but most important was
my sleep and it let me down. Thanks for your reply..suzanne
