The phone shows the notification "Charge 4 wants to open the app"

When I get a notification to my Charge 4 (specifically they are reminders set up for washing hands, moving, drinking water, etc...) on the device I am presented two options: Done and Clear. Due to the somewhat unintuitive UX design it wasn't clear what the difference was until I noticed hitting "Done" corresponded with a notification on my phone saying "Charge 4 wants to open the app. Tap to...". The notification is not expandable and tapping it does nothing (certainly doesn't open the app). It seems like this functionality is quite broken.

Thanks for the details shared on your post about this situation. If you haven't done yet, please restart your phone and your Charge 4. You can find the steps to restart your tracker here. If this persists, you can clear the Fitbit app chache.
