When will this be fixed. I've been down since 5 August . I would have felt better with a cheap chinese device then I would have expected it to break. At this price you would expect the manufacturer to offer a solution not revert to the community to solve it's problems as well.

Not happy at all

The latest update in the thread that the banner links to said on 16th August that the fix will be available within 2 weeks of that date. Keep an eye on that thread as that's where they'll post any updates.

   I'm happy to say that after the new software downloaded all is back to normal again.
