There is no Bluetooth connectivity to my phone

I am having issues with my charge HR. For some reason it stopped syncing with my phone. I have tried to delete the profile and then connect it back to my phone but now when I press and hold the button on the side, rather than syncing the device it just starts the stop watch. What do I do to re-establish connectivity between the fitbit and my phone (Samsung galaxy S5)

With my ChargeHR, I have to hold that button down longer than three seconds to get it to restart.
