There is no device lock option in the app for my Versa 2

I entered the password incorrectly too many times and now it ask me to unlock it with my phone. But when I go on the fitbit app and choose my versa 2, there is no device lock option for it.Screenshot.png

From what i seen it should be below the wifi settings but it isnt there

Hi @ChongJF - this looks like an error in the App. For Android

logout, clear the storage cache, force stop it, and swipe it's active window off.

restart the phone

login and sync again

@ChongJF- if you have a recent phone that is compatible with the latest Fitbit App, you could try an uninstall/reinstall of the Fitbit App and do the notification and special setups again.

 

If this doesn't work try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

@Guy_ I had a chat with CS  the other day. ey ended up asking me to make a "New feature" suggestion.. ..I diidn't bother
