I entered the password incorrectly too many times and now it ask me to unlock it with my phone. But when I go on the fitbit app and choose my versa 2, there is no device lock option for it.
From what i seen it should be below the wifi settings but it isnt there

@ChongJF- if you have a recent phone that is compatible with the latest Fitbit App, you could try an uninstall/reinstall of the Fitbit App and do the notification and special setups again.
If this doesn't work try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
