There's no information on my Fitbit app when I press the Versa 3 logo

When I press the Versa 3 logo on my APP there is no information displayed.

Hi there @Carol2812, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Would you mind giving me more details of what kind of information is not being displayed on your Versa 3? If the settings or the steps, floors, etc? Also, could you please send a photo/screenshot of the data you see in the Fitbit app? In order to add a photo to your reply please: 

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera). 
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up. 
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

In the meantime, I'd suggest to manually sync your watch by using the Sync Now option in the app. Then, check if the information you're looking for is now displaying. If it's still not there, please try logging out and logging back in.
