There was an error loading your sleep schedule

I've been having this issue the past 3 nights of not receiving my sleep schedule after I fill out my survey. I get the error message " There was an error loading your sleep schedule. Try again later - your summary will be ready as soon as possible. "

  • I've uninstall and reinstalled the app.
  • Restarted my phone.  
  • Looked in the forums.

Any suggestions?

It's a known issue affecting everyone.  Please be patient while the issue is being looked into.

It's a weekend, so it may take a few days to be fixed.

Please report this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review. 

Like you, I haven't gotten a sleep schedule since the Fitbit outage last week and submitted a Feedback report about the issue.
