Time display not working.

Time display, heart rate, steps, etc. not showing. Says to go to app and finish setting up Alexa, which I do not have and sync device. Went to app there is no Alexa setup.

Which Fitbit device do you have? As far as I know, there's no connection to Amazon's Alexa for Fitbit products.

Hi @Slots1950  - Both our Versa and Sense 2 devices have a Voice Assistant (Amazon Alexa Built-in) that you can setup to check the weather, set timers and alarms, control your smart home devices, and more by speaking to your watch. Please note that Amazon Alexa isn't available in all countries.

Sharing which Fitbit device you have might help the Community provide more detailed help 🤔

There is nothing in the app on my phone to set up Alexa.
