Time is wrong/wont pair/sync stuck on 3rd Jan

I have had 3 webchats and keep getting cut off. My phone was stuck on sync after a firmware update. I have a galaxy s7 and all was working fine for a couole of months. Webchat told me to unpair and now it wont pair.  Its useless even as just a watch as the time is wrong now. Any ideas anyone before I send it back?  It wont pair with my Samsung tablet either.

@JoeyBennie Have you deleted your tracker  from your phones bluetooth settings before attempting to re-pair in the Fitbit App?

It wont  pair now. Ibe tried all the help steps. Looks like its fitbits problem as the number of people with the same problem is high.  Ive followed all the steps and nothing is working.
